Man fined at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court for failing to comply under the Sexual Offenders Act
A 50-year-old man has been fined £259 after he failed to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offenders Act.
Steven Whiteside, of Millbank Row in Dreghorn, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week where he pled guilty to one charge dating from between September 3-8 of last year.
Whiteside failed without reasonable excuse to complete his annual notification at Irvine Police Station under the Sexual Offenders Act.
He was ordered to pay £259 at £20 per fortnight.
