LOUIS DOUGLAS AGED 23 FROM NORTH SHIELDS- This male had been speaking to one of our 15 year old female decoys asking for sex and sexual activities. He had also send indecent images and videos of himself.
He arranged to meet our decoy in north shields were he arrived on his motor bike, members of our team confronted him and called the police while waiting for the police to arrive he became aggressive and started to swing around his bike helmet, a off duty police officer came over and defused the situation long enough for uniformed police officers to arrive and arrest Louis.
