Luke Jarvis, 23, of Hartlepool was arrested after arranging twice to meet what he thought was a 14 year old girl but didn’t show up so we handed the evidence into the police. He sent VERY explicit messages and told our decoy he had sex with a 15 year old girl when he was 20 years old.
Charges:
He was cautioned and placed on the sex offenders register for 2 years.
