THOMAS JAMES LUMSDEN IN HIS EARLY 20’S FROM THE DURHAM AREA-
This male had been speaking to one of our 14 year old female decoys asking for sex and sexual activities. He had also asked the decoy if she wanted to get pregnant along with asking for indecent images of the decoy and sending indecent images of himself. The team travelled to the males known address and contacted the police who then arrived shortly after and arrested the male!
He was up to court on the 22nd of December 2017 where he received:
8 months imprisonment suspended for 24 months
10 years sex register
rehabilitation activity requiremnts
£140 court costs
