CHEUK KIU CHAN AGED 25 IS A STUDENT IN GATESHEAD BUT ORIGINALLY FROM HONG KONG – this male had arranged to meet with one of our 14 year old male decoys after asking for sex and sexual activities, when we arrived at the location he had given us we confronted him and asked him why he had did this, we then contacted the police who arrived shortly after and made an arrest, within a month he then went on to ask another underage child to meet up for sex and sexual activities but it turned out to be a male decoy of Dark Justice
HE WAS UP TO COURT ON THE 4TH OF AUGUST AND RECEIVED :
-three-year community order.
– ordered to take part in a sex offenders programme.
-forced to sign the register for 5 year.
-given a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) for 5 year.
