At a hearing on the 15th February 2019 at Salisbury Crown Court, Derek James Hayter of Westbury was sentenced to the following:
Three year community order.
Twenty days of rehabilitation activity.
Five years on the sex offenders register.
As part of the community order Hayter, will need to attend a sex offenders treatment programme.
