NORMAN EDWARD GIBBS FROM THE BOLDON AREA – This male was speaking to one of our 15 year old male decoys asking for sexual activities, he arranged for the male to attend his property but it wasn’t the knock on the door he expected, when we arrived we knocked on the door to question him about his actions which he initially denied but upon getting to court he plead guilty, we contacted police who arrived shortly after and arrested the male.
HE WAS UP TO COURT THIS MORNING AND RECEIVED –
3 year community order.
50 days rehabilitation activity requirement.
30 sex offenders programme.
5 year sexual harm prevention order.
5 years sex offenders register.
