DAVID COYLE aged 27 from the Durham area, arranged to meet what he believed to be a 14 year old female in Gateshead after asking for sex and sexual activities, when he arrived he was confronted by members of the team where we noticed in a carrier bag on his floor there was a box of condoms and he was also found to have cannabis on him, within 24 hours he arranged to meet, have sex and send photos of his penis to our decoy, once we knew he wasn’t going anywhere we then phoned the police who arrived and made an arrest!!
He was up to court this morning where he received the following:
20 MONTH IMPRISONMENT SUSPENDED FOR 2 YEAR
10 YEAR ON THE SEX REGISTER
10 YEAR SEXUAL HARM PREVENTION ORDER (SHPO)
