Steven Skinner was spared jailed at Newcastle Crown court yesterday, he is on a suspended sentence for 18 months after grooming what he thought was a child (14-year-old girl) online and sending indecent images of himself.
He was also ordered to abide by a SHPO (Sexual Harm Prevention Order) and sign the Sex Offenders Register.
