A 49-year-old Stoke-on-Trent man has been jailed after he pleaded guilty to two counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.

The court was told that Ambulance driver Cooke had contacted what he believed were the profiles of two 14-year-old girls.
Cooke proceeded to send naked images of himself and highly sexualised chat which explained what he wanted to do sexually to do the girls
However, the girls did not exist and instead were members of online child protection team ‘Soul Survivors
The judge handed Cooke a 10 month prison sentence and told him that he would register as a sex offender for 10 years
