GEORGE APPLEGARTH AGED 64 FROM Murton/Durham – This male had been speaking to one of our 15 year old male decoys. Within 2 days he had asked for sex and sexual activities, he arranged to meet our decoy in Pennywell Sunderland where he turned up and members of our team confronted him, he sat and admitted it and his excuse was he could not get aroused by pornography anymore so chose a child!! we contacted police who turned up shortly after and arrested the male.
After spending 6 weeks on remand he was up to court on Friday where he received:
