APU RAIHAN AGED 29 FROM THE NEWCASTLE AREA – This male had been speaking to one of our 13 year old female decoys before asking for sex and sexual activities, he arranged to meet up with the decoy to take her back to his place, when we arrived art the meeting point he was already waiting on the bridge, we approached the male and questioned him on his actions, we contacted police who arrived shortly after and arrested the male
He was up to court today where he received –
12 months prison suspended for 12 months
ordered that he must abide by a sexual prevention order for five years
sign the sex offenders register for 10 years.
HE WILL ALSO BE DEPORTED BACK TO BANGLADESH
