KEVIN GOLDEN AGED 54 FROM WASHINGTON was speaking to one of our 14 year old male decoys asking for sex and sexual activities and arranged to meet the decoy down the sea front during the firework display where he was working. Members of the team confronted him and called police shortly after which resulted in him being arrested.
he was up to court this morning after being on remand for just over 2 month where he received:
a 3 year community order with programme requirements,
a 10 year sexual harm prevention order forced to
sign the sex offenders register for 5 year!
