Disgusting paedophile had films of children aged THREE being abused


A vile Derbyshire pervert had films of children as young as three being abused.
Lee Fox had more than 7,000 vile child abuse images, including 1,630 of the most serious and sick category.
Derby Crown Court heard how he also had a Spanish “paedophile manual,” which translates as “How to Practice Child Love”.
The evidence was recovered from his laptop and electronic devices.
The court was told many of the worst films showed girls as young as ten being abused while one of them, a four-minute movie, was entitled “three-year-old with grandpa”.
And when detectives raided the home Fox shares with his family, he disappeared into his room to reconfigure his mobile phone to try and cover his tracks.
Jailing the 30-year-old for 14 months, Judge Shaun Smith said: “There is a sinister element to your offending which cannot be overlooked.
“That paedophile manual, not only did it tell users how to gain access to children, its very purpose is getting access to children so they can be abused.”
Judge Smith said the images that were discovered on his devices were “of the most depraved kind”.
Eddie Leonard, prosecuting, said in February this year, police raided Fox’s home in Mayfield Road, Ashbourne, after receiving information that a mobile phone registered at that address was being used to access sick child abuse websites.
She said no-one at the property admitted it was their telephone number and that Fox was “reluctant” to hand over a laptop.
She said he also went into his bedroom alone while the officers were there and “restored the factory settings” on his mobile.
Miss Leonard said: “The police analysed his computer and found the paedophiles manual which had been downloaded, along with 7,120 indecent images.”
Miss Leonard said as well as 1,630 images or movies of the most serious “category A” images, 855 category B were discovered and 4,645 category C.
Fox pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children, one of possessing the paedophile manual and one count of theft.
As well as the jail term, Judge Smith handed Fox a 10-year sexual harm prevention order.
