MADAN LAL AGED 45 FROM PONTELAND – This male had been speaking to one of our 15 year old male decoys before asking for sexual activities, he arranged to meet the decoy in Newcastle, the team travelled to the meeting point and confronted this male and questioned him on what he had been saying, we contacted the police who arrived shortly after and arrested the male.
He was up to court this morning where he received –
A three year community order with sex offender programme and rehabilitation requirements.
He must sign the sex offenders register for 5 years.
Abide by a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for five years
